This website is operated by Envitel Inteligencia Ambiental, S.L. (“Envitel”), a Spanish limited company.
The contents of this website — text, figures, maps and images produced by Envitel — belong to Envitel or are used under licence, with photography credited where it appears. EnviFIRE is a product of Envitel; its underlying technology includes a patent-pending fire-spread engine (U.S. provisional application, January 2026). This website is informative: it sells nothing directly and its contents do not constitute contractual offers, underwriting advice or financial advice. Spanish law applies.
The only personal data this website processes is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name and surname, work email, company, what you are interested in, and your message.

We use the details you send to respond to your request — sharing the product overview, discussing a portfolio, or arranging a conversation — and for the follow-up you would reasonably expect. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you tick the box and send the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Form submissions are transmitted and stored by Formspree, Inc. (USA), our form processor, and reach us by email on Google Workspace. Both act as processors under data-processing agreements with safeguards for international transfers. The website itself is served by Cloudflare, Inc., our hosting and security provider, which processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) in transit to deliver and protect the site. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
We keep enquiry details for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards; if the exchange becomes a commercial relationship, the details move into our customer records.
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or export your details, or to stop processing them, by writing to contact@envitel.ai. You can also complain to the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
This website does not use cookies — no advertising cookies, no tracking cookies, no analytics cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner. Our visitor statistics are aggregate and cookieless, server-side counts from our hosting provider, which means we can see how many visits the site receives and from which countries, but not who you are. The fonts, images and video on this site are served from our own domain: no third-party requests follow you here.
